Order preparation
Orders move to preparation after the selected payment method has been confirmed. Bank transfer orders remain subject to receipt review.

Timing depends on destination, product availability and the selected delivery method. Any estimate shown during checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival time.
Receiving your order
Check the package and item promptly after delivery. If something is missing, damaged or different from the order, contact customer care with the order number and clear photos.
